Virgin Australia has the most incompetent employees from the very rude reservationist who kept disconnecting me to the inattentive and often AWOL flight attendants who were nowhere to be found when needed. The plane was filthy, the food was disgusting, I even threw up afterward.

(food poisoning) The pilot never got on the loudspeaker to give us updates on the schedule or time of arrival. Upon landing, we had to wait more than an hour for a gate in order to disembark. During that time they shut off the air and people were sweating like crazy. Despite all the complaints or requests to turn on the air, the flight staff completely ignored the frustrated and uncomfortable passengers and wouldn't even provide us with water.

This airline should not even be in business. I will never fly Virgin Australia again!

Monetary Loss: $3396.
